Key to success!

The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. (Deuteronomy 28:13)

Everybody certainly willing to success. everyday we go to workplace, school, college. why we do that? Because we have a dream that someday we will succeed through doing so.
But Lord teach us:
It is useless to work hard for the food you eat by getting up early and going to bed late. The LORD gives [food] to those he loves while they sleep. (Psalm 127:2)
So, if Lord gives us food while we sleep, do we need to put our effort to success?
The Answer is :Yes!
Lord also teachs us to learn from the ant (Proverb 6:6-11). If we become lazy and put no effort, poverty will certainly come to us.

Then, what actually Lord want us to do? Lord wants us to keep working but do not rely the success on your own hand but in His Hand (Trust in the Lord with all your heart,and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight-Proverbs 3:5) . First step is believing, second step is acknowledging him through your daily life attitudes.

Now, after you know it, so ...

How I can get the key to success: (Psalms 1: 1-4):
1. Live in holy way..don't trust the world, but put your hope in the Lord's hand.
Blessed is the man,who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked,or stand in the way of sinners,or sit in the seat of mockers. (Psalms 1:1) Working is important, but success and hope is always coming from the Lord. Don't rely the success will come from your hand and follow world's way, legalize what sinners do to achieve success. Trust Him, acknowledge Him in all your ways and he will make your paths straight-Proverbs 3:5)

2. Learn Law of Lord and implement it day and night.
But his delight is in the law of the Lord,and on his law he meditates day and night.He is like a tree planted by streams of water,which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither.Whatever he does prospers.(Psams 1:2-3)
Lord wants us to learn His Law, to be obedient to Him day and night in way of thinking, way of behave, way to treat others. It is not always come easy, but we can do it. Our life should be the reflection of Christ.

Summary: Lord promise us the success as long as we live in His way and not following world's way. always give time to praise Him and rely our life in Lord.

Can I be forgiven, please?

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.(1 John 1:9)


It takes a strong person to say sorry, and an ever stronger person to forgive. - Unknown
I find it is hard to say I am sorry, especially when I think it is the right one.
But I often think it over and over again and must admit that actually I was wrong. But I still have "the stone heart" not to say sorry..(in very honest speaking)
In fact, I push myself to admit it, to speak gently that I am sorry for what I have done. Sometimes I feel it hurt my pride, but indeed was amazed that people respects my apology ..

Hmm, It takes me to the new paradigm: If human can take positive side and willing to forgive, God must be much better than that. As long as I confess my sin, God will cleanse my sins away..

On the other side, When it take me to forgive, my mouth said : Ok, I forgive you, but feel unrelieved inside. I still remember what was he/she done to me and the impacts on me. I keep telling myself as my call is to forgive only, not to judge.
You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. (Romans 2:1)
It is hard but not impossible. Pray and asks for sincere heart to forgive. It will help a lot.

Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future. ~Paul Boese
Its true. After you forgive someone, you can not erase the past. but indeed, it will fix the relationship in the future. Never get tired to forgive..

Summary:
It often comes not easy to say sorry and forgive. But you can do it, pull "you side" away and change it with "God side". Then you will be able to forgive.
When you make a sin, admit your sin honestly to God. Ask forgiveness and promise that you would not do the same way again. God will forgive you and change your life.

Has your pray been answered today?

The prayer of a good man is full of power in its working.(James 5:16b)

When I was early 17, I have ever thought what would my life would be? Would I be success?... or become the loser one? It really haunted me at that time. Still, I just do my routine life and keep it personally in my mind.

Few months after that, incidentally I participated a drawing contest in the church as my friend ask me to accompany her in joining the contest. Actually, I was wondering, as I am not good in drawing. I made a picture just for fun then submit it to the committee.

At the Winner Announcement Day, I come to the church..I was stunned. There are 2 big present basket at the church door.

One of them is having the cutest desk clock I have ever seen. It is black and white with simple-elegant design. I love it at the first sight. ^_^

I realized I could not win as my drawing is not as good as others. Thinking in realistic, I asked the committee where they bought the clock? They refused to anwer it, my heart become a little dissapointed. At the end of my dissapointment, I pray to the Lord: "Lord, I want the clock so much..please show me the way to have one. Thank you, Lord".

The announcement began..I am sitting in the church and still thinking about the clock. Suddenly I thought somebody called my name from the stage..."Hanny, you are the runner up winner, would you come forward to the stage"..
Confusedly, I come to the stage..the committee gave me money gift...and look! UNBELIEVABLE...he was giving me the basket with CUTE DESK CLOCK in it..

I am stunned for the 2nd time, in fact it is the Lord gift for me, the clock was in the runner up gift basket!..Lord is not only show the way, but He gave it to me in His way..It is my sweet 17th gift present from Lord. I still remember that I received many gifts in the basket, but the most impressive one in my heart is the desk clock as Lord has given me.
Hmmph, you know what? Years have passed by, but the clock is standing in my table till now...^_^

Well, my pray is listened by the Lord. Since then, I still have many..many prays everyday..Many prays have been answered. Sometimes the answer is quick, sometimes it needs years to be answered. But I still bring everything in faith that the good will happened.

You know, in several cases I wonder cause I found the results are exceeding my expectations. He changed my tears into laughter. I am thankful to Lord for everything He has done in my life. Well, I am not saying that I have no trouble, but everytime I have trouble, I just pray and believe..

Christian life is a prayer life, pray in every actions, in every plan..Christianity should believe that pray can solve every case dan change everything, even in the most oppressed situation.

So, how can we have a powerful pray and change your life now?
1. Simple
And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words (Matthew 6:7)

Just do your pray in the simple way..Tell Lord that you are grateful for everything that He did in your life. Ask Him what you need. believe that everything happened is good.

2. Asking in Faith
Pray without never seen one or haven't seen one, just believe. Christians believe that Lord promise is "Yes and Amen". Lord will answer every single pray in His time (remember: not our time)

3. Living in Repent and Foreswear
The prayer of a good man is full of power in its working.(James 5:16b)
Means that christian should live in Lord's way..Praying with sincere heart, living in Lord's way will straightened your pray to the Lord.

Summary: Christian life is about praying life. be grateful in everything happened in life..a prayer is powerful if you ask it in faith, ask it in simple way, and living in the holy way

The Fruitless will be cut down..

So he said to the man who took care of the vineyard, 'For three years now I've been coming to look for fruit on this fig tree and haven't found any. Cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?' (Luke 13:7)

If you plant a fruit tree, you expect that someday that tree will bear a fruit for you..I believe you will love the tree, you will watering it, give fertilizer, put it in extra sunshine..you do love it..
Well, after a period of time, now is the time for harvesting..hmm, is your heart beating to expect your first fruit?..I bet you do..

Ooh, the tree is fruitless..a little dissapointment happened? I believe you do..after all you have done, fiuuh..in your mind, maybe next time will be better..but the next harvesting time, the tree is still doesn't bear fruit..another next time? still the same way as it is, your tree is fruitless..what would you do? Get angry then cut it down? Yeah, it is the most logical thinking..

When the first time I read this verse, I shocked..I know that trees is implying me and you. We are God's trees. It means if we dont deliver fruit, we will be cut down..At that time, I am thinking how sad I am to be rejected and cut down by Lord.
Praise the Lord as He is good to us...hmm, I think you have several questions in mind?..Let me answer it for you..

1. What is the fruit actually? and in what way you can produce it?
The fruit here is how we regret from our sins and leave our old life behind. it means that we
are leaving from our human way to follow Lord's way. We will live and come to Lord with a full trust of Lord, that affects to the way of thinking and way of act.

Every Christian should have commitment to put Lord's command as the prime one in their life which determine every decision in Lord's will.
the Next step, that you should be able to produce fruit of spirits: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance (Galatians 5:22-23).
Ask the Holy Spirit to help you in daily life to guide you everyday.

2. How long Lord give us time to deliver fruit?
Lord gives us time to produce fruit of repent & forswear and fruit of spirits for Him during our life span..now it is your chance to produce and become a bless for many people.

Summary:
In Christian life, we learn to be responsible to produce fruit of repent & foreswear and fruit of spirits. Make sure that everyday, you are delivering them in your life and become the bless for many people.
